POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment will result in your 50% deposit being kept, and not refunded. Cancellation outside of this window will provide your 50% deposit is refunded. No-shows will be charged a total of 100% of the service cost, including the deposit paid at booking checkout. You will be able to reschedule twice with 1 booking deposit. Should you want to reschedule a third time, you booking will be cancelled and deposit kept. Should you want an appointment, you can rebook in, paying a new deposit.
REFUND POLICY
Deposits are only refunded if you cancel your appointment outside of the 48-hour window of your appointment. Service payment is not eligible for refund post-treatment. Packages are only eligible for refund within 48 hours of purchasing.
CLIENT CONDUCT POLICY
Disrespectful Behaviour - Disrespectful language or abuse will not be tolerated; should this occur, you will be asked to leave the property and blacklisted indefinitely.
Additional Guests - Children and pets are not able to attend with any clients; should this occur, you will be declined service without refund of your deposit.
Refusal of Service - Lauren holds the right to refuse service to clients who are ill, against Client Conduct Policy, or are contraindicated. Read more about being Contraindicated here.
