PRE-APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS AND CONSIDERATIONS

BROW TREATMENTS
- Please remove contact lenses.
- Please do not arrive to your appointment with anything on them (e.g. lash glue, extensions, mascara).
- Avoid pulling out lashes to ensure optimum treatment results.
- As you wont be able to get your lashes wet for at least 24 hours after treatment, you may prefer to wash your hair the night before/morning of your appointment.
- Discontinue use of retinoids and chemical exfoliants in the 2 weeks leading up to your appointment (e.g. salicylic acid, lactic acid, glycolic acid, retinol, tretinoin)
- Avoid intense UV exposure, caffeine, alcohol and blood thinners (e.g. Ibuprofen) in the 48 hours leading up to your appointment.
- As you wont be able to get your lashes wet for at least 24 hours after treatment, you may prefer to wash your hair the night before/morning of your appointment.
POST-APPOINTMENT ADVICE
- Keep area of treatment dry for a minimum of 24 hours. This includes water, steam and heavy sweating.
- No make up on the treated area for 24 hours.
- Avoid touching the treated area, or sleeping face down.
- Avoid intense UV exposure, or facials for 24 hours.
- Apply a conditioning serum to the treated hairs to keep them soft, nourished and healthy.
- Brush hairs into position regularly, specifically after sleeping and getting them wet.

- Active eye infections (e.g. conjunctivitis, styes, blepharitis)
- Eye irritation (e.g. intense hay fever allergies)
- Recent eye surgery.
- Lash loss disorders (e.g. alopecia, chemotherapy)
- Active contagious skin conditions.
- Broken skin around the eyes (e.g. dermatitis, eczema, sunburn)
- Recent use of retinoids or exfoliating acids around the eyes.
- Lash extensions remaining.
- Pregnancy
- Lash lift within the past 8 weeks.
- Claustrophobia
- Broken skin around the brows (e.g. dermatitis, eczema, sunburn)
- Recent use of retinoids or exfoliating acids.
- Recent Microblading or brow tattooing within the past 8 weeks.
- Active contagious skin conditions (e.g. impetigo, ringworm, fungal infection)
- Pregnancy
- Brow lamination within the past 8 weeks.
- Use of Isotretinoin (Accutane) within the past 12 months.
- Skin thinning medications (e.g. steroids)
- Inflamed or irritated skin (e.g. active acne, sunburn)
