CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to be refunded your deposit. If cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be kept and not refunded. If you do not show to your appointment without communicating, you will be charged the remaining cost of your treatment. You can reschedule twice with one booking deposit. Should you want to reschedule more than twice, you booking will be cancelled and your deposit not refunded back to you. You can then rebook again for a time that suits you best, paying a new deposit.
